Nadia Khan (born 22 May 1979) is a Pakistani television actor, presenter and producer. She is best known for hosting The Nadia Khan Show, a morning TV programme, and for OutStyle, her YouTube channel.[1][2] She is known for her role in classic PTV series Bandhan. Khan recevies critical acclaim for her portrayal of Kinza in Aisi Hai Tanhai. In 2019, she portrayed Aima in Kam Zarf and Dolly in Dolly Darling.[3]

Early life[edit]
Nadia Khan was born in Quetta, Balochistan, to an ethnic Pathan family which moved to Rawalpindi, Punjab while she was young. Khan began her career in Rawalpindi, Punjab.[4][5]

Khan made her acting debut in 1996 on the show titled Pal Do Pal which was written by Haseena Moin.[6] She received recognition for Bandhan (1997), for which she won PTV Best Actress Award In the same year, a drama serial was released from the private sector, Bharam, written and directed by M. Izhar Bobby, in which Khan played a leading role with young Yasir Nawaz. She later started anchoring morning shows.[7]
In 2005, Khan made a comeback to acting and appeared in the ARY Digital soap serial called Koi To Ho, directed by Haseeb Hassan and written by Danish Javed.[citation needed]
In 2011, Lollywood director and producer Shoaib Mansoor, offered Khan a role in his film Bol.
Presenter[edit]
Khan made her television debut in 1993 in the show Daak Time (Mail Time) with Uncle Sargam on PTV.[8] She returned as an anchor on ARY Digital's morning show Breakfast with Nadia. The show went on air from Dubai in 2003. On 13 November 2006, Khan moved to Geo TV to a new live chat and interview show called the Nadia Khan Show (Geo Mazay Say). She interviewed a variety of Pakistani celebrities, artists, performers, religious leaders, athletes and politicians. There were also segments on Islam, health and beauty, and other topics. The show was banned in 2010 by the Dubai government on behalf of court orders. Sources say that Khan showed Pakistani filmstarNoor Bukhari and her husband fight before Bukhari's interview. Her husband claimed in court that 'It was our family matter'. Therefore, the court gave out an order to ban Khan's show in Dubai for six months.[9]
Khan won the Masala Lifestyle Awards For Best TV Presenter 2008 and Masala Lifestyle Awards For Best TV Presenter 2009, out of five candidates, from Zee Tv, Sony TV, Star Plus and ARY Digital.[10] Khan resumed her anchoring career after a year in August 2011 with Eid Transmission on Dunya News. On 31 March 2012, the Nadia Khan Show returned to Geo TV as a night-time talk show. Her shows are now consumer oriented.[11] She resumed anchoring with a brief year-long run from 2015 to 2016 of her morning show (Nadia Khan Show) on Geo TV.[12] She hosts Croron Mein Khel, a game show, on BOL Entertainment.
On 19 January 2018 she became the First Pakistani beauty, fashion and lifestyle YouTube influencer to reach 100,000 subscribers on her official YouTube channel, Outstyle.[13][14]Recently in 2019 she started morning show again on ptv home named Morning @ home it is telecasting every monday to friday [15]

Zafar Mairaj (Urdu: ظفر معراج) born on 11 October 1968, at Quetta, Balochistan, is a Pakistani drama writer,[1][2] lyricist, and short story writer. He primarily writes in Urdu, but has also written in Brahui, and Balochi. He has written more than 50 drama serials, drama series, short plays and telefilms, for National television PTV (Pakistan Television) as well as for most of the private channels in Pakistan like Geo TV, AAJ TV, ARY Digital, Indus Vision, TVOne Global, Hum TV etc. He has won National Drama awards.

Early life[edit]
He was born in Syed (Mashwani) house fathered by Mohammad Mairaj. He matriculated from Helper public school, Quetta and for intermediate he went to Tameer-e-Nau Public College, Quetta. He got the bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Balochistan University of Engineering and Technology, Khuzdar.
His earliest interaction with literature was as a child, when his grandmother would read the works of Hafiz, Roomi and Jami to him. While he was a college student he wrote short stories, columns in magazines and newspapers, and participated in literary events. He worked as a journalist for a while until he wrote his first long play 'Amarbail' for PTV in 1991.
Career[edit]
He chose the problems of the Lower Middle Class as a theme for his writing, as he himself belonged to the same deprived class of the society. A social theme along with bold and blunt style of writing about life's harsh realities makes him stand out from other writers. Till now he has written more than 60 dramas for TV channels.
